House of Afrika was founded by Maria Hornsby-Odoi, struggling to find clothing on the high street that suited her shape she started to customise her clothing made by tailors in her motherland of Ghana. When she wore her uniquely designed pieces back in the UK, she constantly got comments, compliments and enquiries as to where these items could be purchased. After making a capsule collection which quickly sold out, she took her cue and started house of Afrika!
The collection consists of contemporary styles, timeless tailored pieces, afro-euro fusion and afro-bohemian designs. Included in House of Afrika will be handmade ethnic jewellery and eventually interior and fashion accessories.
Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Shipping
All our items are shipped via Royal Mail, who deliver to most countries worldwide. Tracking is available for all shipments. A tracking number will be provided via email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.
Deliveries will be made within normal business hours and will require a signature on receipt. All items can be tracked and will require a signature on delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the item.
Instructions will be provided on how to return your item and once your item is received back, we will process your refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days from when the item is returned.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case we will refund the return postage.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. Should you wish to return or exchange items bought from us, we are willing to accommodate this provided the item is in fully resalable condition and meet the terms listed below.
Items should be returned in their original packaging with all labels attached within 14 days.
